HGV Class 1 Driver tramper

DDA Haulage LTD is currently recruiting for HGV1 Class 1 Driving Tramper role.

We have a range of work available starting ASAP with excellent rates of pay!

Pay rate: £180 per day + £25 night out

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a truck to various locations
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Deliver unattended trailers to locations
- Inspect the truck before and after each trip to ensure it is in good working condition
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues that may arise

Skills:
- C+E License entitlement, CPC and Digi Tacho with no more than 6 points (no DD or major endorsements)
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or truck driver
- Ability to drive various types of trucks
- Strong knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries

- Minimum 2 years experience of driving a HGV 1 Class 1 in the UK

- Must have 2 years experience of working as a HGV 1 Class 1 driver within a port

- Must have good communication skills
