HGV Class 1 Driver tramper

Job Title: Class 1 HGV TRAMPER - Immediate Start
Hours: Monday to Friday

Job Summary
Join our small, family-run business where you’re valued as part of the team. We are seeking a Class 1 HGV Tramper for delivery and collection across the UK using curtain-side trailers.

Key requirements:

• Valid Class 1 HGV licence with 6+ months experience (with previous Class 2 experience considered).
• Tachograph knowledge and experience strapping loads.
• ADR licence advantageous but not essential.
• Must be 25 years or older.

All trucks are modern, well-maintained, and fitted with a fridge and microwave.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect goods safely across the UK.
• Load, unload, and secure goods to prevent damage.
• Perform pre-journey vehicle checks and maintain compliance.
• Keep accurate delivery records and timesheets.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
