HGV Class 1 General Haulage (Tramper)

Wm Pringle & Son Ltd are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Class 1 (C+E) HGV Driver to join our well-established, family run business based in Carluke.

As part of our operations, you will part of our General Haulage team, collecting /delivering customers goods across the UK working away from base Monday to Friday.

Role Details:

• Nationwide deliveries and collections
• Working away from base Monday to Friday (with alternating Sundays)
• General haulage (varied loads)
• Ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods
• Completing all relevant paperwork and compliance checks

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence (minimum 1 year)
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous general haulage experience preferred
• Good geographical knowledge
• Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
• Strong work ethic and reliability
