About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HGV Drivers to join our team at the Boston depot. This is a day‑shift role involving the safe and efficient transportation of waste between customer premises and our disposal and recycling facilities. You will operate a variety of HGV vehicles as part of your daily duties including Hook lift (RoRo) & dustcarts etc

Key Responsibilities

• Transport waste materials to and from customer sites and disposal locations
• Operate HGV vehicles safely and effectively
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Maintain high standards of vehicle care and compliance
• Work collaboratively with the depot and operations teams

About You

• Proven experience as an HGV driver
• Strong understanding of written and verbal English
• Flexibility and a positive attitude toward supporting customer needs
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and service excellence
• Additional training will be provided where necessary

Hours & Schedule

• Monday to Friday – minimum 45 hours per week
• Flexibility to work Saturdays and Bank Holidays
• All overtime paid at an enhanced rate
• Regular weekend availability required
