HGV Class 2 Waste Tank & Toilet Servicing Operative (Summer FTC)

Location: Site Event, Hampshire
Hours: 45 hours per week (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Salary: Competitive + Overtime

£220 per day on weekends

£190 per day midweek on live events

£150 per day standard midweek day

Plus bonuses & other overtime

Contract: Fixed Term (Summer Season) with potential to become permanent
Shifts: Flexible shifts, including weekends and event-based working

You’ll be out on the road, on-site, and part of a team that keeps events running smoothly. If you perform well, there is a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position beyond the season.

What you’ll be doing

• Driving and operating HGV Class 2 vehicles across events and sites
• Servicing and emptying tanks, cesspits, and portable toilets
• Supporting event builds, live operations, and breakdowns
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Representing the business professionally on-site and with customers
• Supporting yard and transport operations when required

What we’re looking for

• HGV Class 2 licence (or above)
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• A flexible, reliable approach, especially during peak event periods
• Strong work ethic with a hands-on attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work weekends and varied shifts
