HGV Trailer Body Repairer / Welder

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HGV trailer body repairer to join our team working in our workshop at LS10 1RG.

Excellent rate of pay for the right person. Average earnings £49,000. Overtime is payable after 40 hours and is paid at 1.5 hourly rate.

Working hours - Mon - Fri 8am - 4.30pm. Sat 7am - 12 noon.

20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.

Free parking on site.

Responsibilities

Repairs to varied HGV trailers bodies.

Work to a high standard.

Ensure all compliance documents are completed accurately and in a timely matter.

Work to time frames and specific deadlines.

Adhere to the companies health and safety policies and procedures.

Carry out any training as deemed necessary by the company.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Previous experience in this field - required.

Good organisational skills - be able to meet deadlines.

Good written English - be able to complete service and compliance documentation and job cards in detail.

UK driving licence - preferable.
