We are seeking experienced Home Health Aides for consistent, relationship-based care with the same clients and reliable schedules close to home.

This is not high-turnover, fill-in work. We prioritize continuity, dependability, and professionalism.

About the role

We provide in-home personal care for seniors who want to remain independent. Caregivers are carefully matched with clients to ensure consistent assignments and stable hours.

You’ll be working with the same clients on an ongoing basis, not rotating shifts.

HHA / Personal Care Responsibilities

• Assistance with bathing, grooming, and hygiene

• Mobility support and transfers

• Toileting and incontinence care

• Supporting safe daily routines

• Observing and communicating changes in condition

Requirements

• HHA certification or equivalent experience required

• Ability to assist with transfers and lift up to 50 lbs

• Effective communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (if applicable)

• Compliance with State of Florida requirements, background screening, and drug screening
