HHA / CNA / Personal Care/Med Tech

Job Overview
We are looking for the right people to join our team to assist with caring for elder residents. We have shifts available 7-3, 3-9, 3-11, 11-7am (MUST be available on Weekends)

Duties

• Will be required to get certified to dispense and document medication (MUST BE OVER 21)
• Experience with MAR's a plus
• Must Read, Write and Speak English
• Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help with meals
• Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to management and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain documentation of services provided.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's overall well-being.
• Experience in patient care or service roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with working with the elderly
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding client information and medical records.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to meet client requirements.
