Summary

We are seeking a Home Health Aide to join our team at Alternative Medical Healthcare Services, Corp. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients in their homes, helping them manage their daily activities and improve their quality of life. Your contributions will be vital in fostering a safe and nurturing environment for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance patient well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status to the healthcare team.
• Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for patients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe living environment.
• Support patients with mobility and transferring as needed, ensuring safety during lifting.

Requirements

• Experience in home care or long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to lift and assist patients safely as required.
• Familiarity with medical records management is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet patient needs.
