HHAs Needed for Home Visits

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated HHAs to join our healthcare team to complete home visits. This position requires a strong commitment to patient advocacy, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

-Visits can be up to two hours.

-Pediatric and adult patients.

Duties

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Perform medical documentation accurately and timely to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Conduct procedures such as catheterization.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse.
• Provide infant care when necessary, ensuring the highest level of safety and comfort for young patients.
• Lift and transport patients safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques.

Qualifications

• MUST have at least one year of HHA experience
• Must have a 75-Hour HHA Certificate
• Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and standards.
• Previous experience in pediatric or infant care is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
