Qualification

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a Hiab driver/operator, preferably with a 17-ton capacity truck.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a Hiab driver operator, preferably with a 17-ton capacity truck.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness (Dover test).
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Ability to operate a Hiab crane safely and efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy loads and work in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a focus on safety.

Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
- Safely operate a Hiab truck with a lifting capacity of 17 tons to transport and deliver loads to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the Hiab truck to ensure it is in proper working condition.
- Secure loads properly on the truck using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Operate the Hiab crane to lift and position heavy loads with precision.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving and operating the Hiab truck.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including load information, mileage, and any incidents.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine maintenance on the Hiab truck and crane to ensure they are in good working order.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
