Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for sales? We’re seeking an energetic and motivated High-Earning Appointment Setter specializing in phone sales to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills to generate qualified appointments through outbound/inbound calling, warm calling, and strategic marketing efforts. Your success will be driven by your ability to connect with prospects, understand their needs, and set the stage for successful sales conversations. This position offers the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions alongside a guaranteed base salary, rewarding your dedication and results every step of the way.

Compensation: $2,400 base per month + uncapped commissions. Top performers are earning $20K–$30K+/month based on volume and consistency.

Duties/Key Responsibilities

• Make 70–120+ outbound calls per day to warm and cold leads interested in building or scaling an online business
• Qualify prospects quickly and set high-quality appointments for our business coaching team
• Deliver engaging, confident phone conversations that build trust and excitement
• Professionally handle objections, skepticism, and tough questions with creative, fluid responses
• Accurately track all calls, notes, and appointments in our CRM system
• Hit daily/weekly appointment-setting targets consistently
• Stay motivated and high-energy throughout full shifts even after hearing “no” repeatedly
• Work closely with the team and accept real-time coaching to improve performance

Requirements

• Comfortable making 70–120+ outbound calls per day and staying locked in for full shifts
• Strong, confident phone voice — able to sound upbeat, professional, and persuasive even when facing objections or skepticism
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-volume, high-pressure environment
• Quick thinker who can adapt on the fly and get creative with responses when needed
• Highly driven by money and results — this is a performance-based role where your effort directly determines your paycheck
• Reliable, coachable, and committed to showing up daily with high energy

Strongly Preferred (Big Advantage):

• Any prior sales or outbound phone experience — especially high-pressure roles like debt collection, timeshare sales, solar, car sales, supplement sales, or any commission-based work
• At least 6 months in phone-based, customer service, retail sales, or other high-rejection environments
• Experience setting appointments or working through objections on calls
