What You’ll Do

• Work directly with customers in a fast-paced showroom environment
• Build relationships and guide customers through major purchase decisions
• Use your personality and communication skills to close sales
• Follow up with clients and generate repeat business
• Be part of a performance-driven, team-oriented culture

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and natural charisma
• Competitive mindset, you enjoy winning and hitting goals
• Positive energy and strong people skills
• Ability to stay motivated in a commission-based role
• Sales experience preferred (retail, fashion, design, automotive, or similar)

• Background in fashion, styling, or interior design
• Experience in high-end or consultative sales

Compensation

• Commission-based with high earning potential
• Top performers can earn $100,000+
• No cap on income
