ABOUT US

F1 Cabinets & Furniture is a high-end custom cabinetry and fine furniture shop in Phoenix. We build custom kitchens, furniture, closets, and more much more for our high-end customers.

Our work is highly custom and focused on precision, craftsmanship, and clean execution.

• This is not an assembly-line production environment nor modular-cabinets. Every project that we build requires attention to detail and complete pride in craftsmanship.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in building things properly and wants to continue developing their craft. Our goal is to grow the right person into a larger role as the company continues to expand.

We primarily work on multi-million-dollar homes and highly detailed custom projects. This is not modular or production cabinet work.

NOT A FIT IF:

• Experience is primarily modular cabinet installation
• Experience is mainly production or assembly-line cabinet work
• Background is limited to prefab or box cabinet shops

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work on multiple high-end custom projects independently with minimal supervision
• Fabricate and build custom cabinetry and detailed components from shop drawings
• Build custom components such as fillers, bases, valances, columns, and other specialty cabinetry or furniture pieces
• Ensure precise fit, alignment, and finish on all custom work
• Assemble cabinet boxes (including face-frame construction), doors, and other specialty components
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
• Work with the team to complete high-quality custom cabinetry projects
• Interpret shop drawings, sketches, and work orders

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in cabinetry or woodworking preferred
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in true custom cabinetry or millwork (not modular or production environments) preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Pride in craftsmanship
• Knowledge of safety standards for woodworking machinery (safety is a priority)

We are a true custom shop. Applicants with primarily modular or production cabinet experience may not be considered.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
