High-End Detailer/Paint Correction Specialist

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of high-end vehicles, including interior and exterior surfaces
• Conduct paint correction procedures to eliminate scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, and other imperfections
• Utilize buffing machines and polishing compounds to achieve a mirror-like finish on vehicle paintwork
• Apply protective coatings such as waxes, sealants, or ceramic coatings to enhance durability and shine
• Assist with car wash services and janitorial tasks to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Execute window tinting applications with precision to meet customer specifications
• Ensure all vehicles are handled with care during detailing processes, adhering to safety protocols

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive detailing, paint correction, or related custodial roles
• Strong knowledge of buffing techniques, polishing products, and cleaning supplies
• Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle needs
• Ability to operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently
• Familiarity with janitorial or custodial practices that promote cleanliness and organization
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for moving vehicles as needed
• Attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality results in every vehicle serviced
