Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic High End Furniture Showroom Manager/Sales professional to lead our luxury furniture retail space. Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Drive showroom revenue by meeting/exceeding sales targets, mentoring staff on luxury sales techniques, and closing high-value deals.
- Clientele & Service: Provide white-glove service, cultivate a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, and build relationships with interior designers and trade professionals.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain impeccable showroom aesthetics, ensuring displays, lighting, and layout align with brand standards and seasonal trends.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, inventory accuracy, vendor relations.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and motivate sales associates to deliver superior customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in luxury retail management, specifically in furniture, design, or high-end home furnishings.
- Knowledge: Strong background in interior design, furniture construction, and luxury market trends.
- Skills: Proven leadership ability, excellent communication skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, customer-first mindset, and ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Proven management experience in retail sales or showroom environments, preferably within high-end furniture or luxury retail sectors
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams and fostering a positive work environment
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele
- Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, sales management, merchandising, inventory control, and retail math
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively through excellent organizational skills and time management
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to upscale retail environments and customer engagement techniques

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
