High-End Furniture Showroom Sales

Job Summary

High-End Furniture Showroom Sales Associate brand ambassador and design expert. This role requires a blend of sophisticated sales techniques, interior design knowledge, and administrative precision to manage luxury projects from initial concept to final delivery.

Core Responsibilities

  • Consultative Design & Sales: Greet clients to discover their needs and provide tailored solutions, including advice on layout, scale, and finish selection.
  • Relationship Management : Build and maintain a personal portfolio of high-net-worth clients and interior design trade accounts through consistent outreach and follow-up.
  • Project Management: Own the entire customer journey, including creating detailed quotes, processing custom orders.
  • Trade Collaboration: Partner with architects and designers to specify products for large-scale residential or commercial projects.
  • Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the floor remains impeccable by assisting with visual merchandising, staging new collections, and maintaining sample libraries.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–5+ years in luxury retail, high-end furniture sales, or professional interior design.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Basic design or floor-planning software (e.g., CAD, SketchUp).
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of luxury textiles, wood finishes, and high-end manufacturing processes.

Success Metrics

  • Consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Growth of a repeat client database and high referral rates.
  • Accuracy in processing complex custom orders to minimize lead-time errors.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
