We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Crew Leader to manage and execute detailed landscape maintenance for luxury residential properties throughout South Florida. This role requires strong leadership, a sharp eye for detail, and hands-on expertise in fine gardening and tropical plant care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a maintenance crew to deliver consistent, high-quality results on upscale properties
• Perform and oversee detailed horticultural work including pruning, shaping, and care of tropical and subtropical plant material (Clusia, Podocarpus, palms, ornamentals, and seasonal color)
• Maintain clean lines, proper hedge structure, and overall property presentation to meet and exceed high-end client expectations
• Identify plant health issues, irrigation concerns, and enhancement opportunities
• Train crew members on proper techniques, efficiency, and company standards
• Ensure job sites, trucks, and equipment are clean, organized, and professional at all times

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience in South Florida, with a focus on fine gardening
• Proven leadership or crew supervisor experience
• Strong knowledge of tropical plant material, pruning standards, and seasonal maintenance practices
• Preferred experience with LMN or similar software
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Valid driver’s license required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
