High-End Remodeling Sales Consultant – San Diego

Eco Home Builders is one of San Diego’s leading design-build and remodeling firms, specializing in high-end residential renovations. We’re seeking an experienced, motivated sales consultant who can close deals, build trust with clients, and represent a premium brand with integrity and expertise.

What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified leads (inbound and booked for you)
• Walk clients through the design-build remodeling process
• Provide on-site consultations and build strong relationships
• Present project scopes, estimates, and close deals
• Collaborate with our in-house designers, PMs, and subcontractors
• Use Buildertrend (or similar) for updates and scheduling

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential construction or remodeling sales experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High-level professionalism and polished presence
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Familiarity with kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and full remodels
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven

Compensation

• Commission-based
• Optional per-project performance bonuses

Pay: $100,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
