High-End Residential Construction Superintendent

Overview
We are seeking an experienced High-End Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee luxury residential projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for quality and detail. This role requires managing multiple high-profile projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. The Superintendent will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver outstanding results that meet client expectations and adhere to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for high-end residential projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and Primavera; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate execution of design specifications.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure craftsmanship meets luxury standards; conduct regular site inspections.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and prepare reports; assist with construction estimating and contract management.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations; conduct safety meetings and enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Utilize tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical inspections and other diagnostic equipment as required.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, designers, and team members regarding project status and issues.
• Address any on-site problems promptly to prevent delays or cost overruns; supervise problem-solving efforts related to construction challenges.

Skills

• Proven experience in managing high-end residential construction projects with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools.
• Expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
• Supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively while maintaining a collaborative work environment.
• Familiarity with contracts administration and construction site safety regulations (OSHA).
• Excellent management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Technical proficiency in using electrical diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeter; understanding of heavy pipeline work is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for clear reporting and client interaction; ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately. Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
