Dental Patient Coordinator – High-Level Role (Not Just Phones)
We are a growing, patient-centered dental practice looking for a professional, detail-oriented Patient Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
This is not a basic front desk role. We are looking for someone who can confidently communicate with patients, understand insurance, and help guide treatment decisions.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Patient communication (in-person, phone, and follow-ups)
- Scheduling and optimizing the daily schedule
- Verifying insurance and understanding benefits
- Presenting treatment plans and providing accurate financial estimates
- Coordinating with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handling patient questions with confidence and clarity
What We’re Looking For:
- Dental office experience REQUIRED (front desk / coordinator / insurance)
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment estimates
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable discussing finances with patients
- Team player with a positive, growth mindset
This Role is NOT for Someone Who:
- Is only looking to answer phones
- Has no dental or insurance experience
- Prefers a slow or passive work environment

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
