Job Summary
Community Outreach Advocates is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead and support our growing sales team in the medical and healthcare services industry. The ideal candidate is a strong closer, highly motivated, and able to guide a team to achieve outstanding sales results.

We are looking for a results-driven sales leader who is not limited by small goals. Our company is growing, and we need someone capable of generating more than four or five new referrals or clients per week. The ideal candidate should have the ambition and ability to bring in new opportunities consistently and without limits.

This role is for someone who thinks big, takes initiative, and understands how to build strong relationships in the healthcare community. We want a leader who can actively grow our network of partners, generate referrals, and continuously bring new clients to the company every month.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve company goals
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Train and mentor sales representatives
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and clients
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Assist in closing high-value sales and negotiations
• Report sales performance and progress to management

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales leadership or sales management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a sales team
• Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Experience in medical sales, healthcare services, or DME (Durable Medical Equipment) is a plus
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
