Action Delivers is hiring Full-Time Delivery Drivers / Delivery Associates for our Amazon DSP in Fenton, Missouri. This is a physically demanding, performance-based Amazon package delivery position for reliable adults seeking stable full-time employment — not part-time or gig work.

Job Overview

As an Amazon Delivery Driver, you will deliver 200+ packages per shift on a 10-hour route. This fast-paced package delivery job requires stamina, safe driving, and independent problem-solving. Drivers repeatedly enter and exit the delivery van, lift up to 50 lbs, walk long distances, climb stairs, and work in all weather conditions.

This role requires physical strength, resilience, and a consistently positive mental attitude. The pace is real. The expectations are high. The standards are clear.

Monitoring, Metrics & Performance Incentives

All Amazon DSP delivery vans are equipped with in-cab safety cameras and telematics. Delivery Drivers are monitored daily for safe driving, speeding, distracted driving, seatbelt compliance, traffic law adherence, and route performance. Performance metrics are reviewed every day. Coaching is immediate.

Schedule & Pay

• $22.25 per hour starting pay
• 4-day work week (4 ten-hour shifts)
• 10-hour daily pay guarantee when standards are met
• Weekly pay
• PTO accrual

Full-time position. Not part-time. Not flexible scheduling.

Standards (Non-Negotiable)

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Mandatory high-top safety shoes (no PPE = sent home unpaid)
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Zero tolerance for unsafe driving

First 90 Days

Delivery Driver performance is evaluated on attendance, safety metrics, delivery accuracy, productivity, professionalism, and ability to sustain full 10-hour shifts. Consistent performers earn stable routes, bonus eligibility, and long-term opportunity.
