Are you a strategic closer who views the F&I office as the heartbeat of the dealership? Do you have the numbers to prove it?
We are a premier New Car Franchised Dealer looking for a heavy-hitting F&I Manager to join our leadership team. We aren’t just looking for someone to push paper; we want a professional who masters the balance between maximum profitability and an elite customer experience.
The Ideal Candidate
You aren't a "one-trick pony." You understand that sustainable success comes from a transparent, menu-based presentation and a deep understanding of lender relationships.
- Proven Track Record: You have a documented history of high PRU (Per Retail Unit) and industry-leading Product Penetration (VSC, GAP, Ancillary).
- Franchise Experience: You are intimately familiar with the pace and compliance standards of a new car franchise environment.
- CSI Obsessed: You maintain top-tier CSI scores because you know that a happy customer is a repeat customer.
- The Presentation: You excel at a professional, high-level product presentation that adds value, not just pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize a 100% turnover process to present financial options to every customer.
- Maintain strong relationships with both captive and secondary lenders to secure the best spreads and fastest funding.
- Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (Red Flags, OFAC, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to ensure a seamless transition from the showroom floor to the F&I office.
What We Offer
- Aggressive Commission Structure: Top-tier pay for top-tier performance.
- Volume & Traffic: A steady stream of quality leads and high-volume floor traffic.
- Support: A professional management team and a robust administrative backend.
- Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Finance Manager in a franchised dealership.
- Expertise in Dealertrack, RouteOne, and common DMS platforms (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, Automate etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and "desk" skills.
- Unwavering integrity and a professional appearance.
