High-Performance Presales Trainer (Inbound Team) – Leadership Role – $70K

Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-performing sales professional who is ready to step into a leadership and coaching role.

This is not just a management position—it’s a hybrid hands-on Sales Trainer + Assistant Manager where you will directly impact team performance. You will work closely with the Presales Consulting Manager to develop, coach, and elevate a team of presales consultants, while also supporting day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Train, Coach, and Elevate the Team (Primary Focus)
  • Lead onboarding for new hires and get them trained quickly and confidently
  • Coach existing reps to improve:

- Closing rates

- Call control and sales technique

- Lead qualification and accuracy

- Reduction of disputes and errors

  • Listen to calls regularly and provide direct, actionable feedback
  • Work 1-on-1 with underperforming reps to turn them around
  • Share proven sales strategies, talk tracks, and “what actually works”
  • Keep operations running smoothly:

- Handle overflow on inbound calls, consulting with potential customers about their service needs.

- Multi-tasker: able to manage calls, enter data, and stay focused under pressure, but also assisting the team and Manager when needed.

- Monitor queue activity and ensure proper workflow

- Check for duplicate or stuck referrals and resolve issues

- Support email and chat channels as needed

- Ensure team adherence to processes and standards

  • Help maintain a high-performance, accountable team culture
  • Review individual and team performance metrics weekly
  • Step in as a leader when the Manager is unavailable
  • Assist the Manager with team oversight and execution

Additional Details:

  • Basic computer proficiency with solid typing/spelling skills (tests required during hiring process).
  • Education: High school diploma, prefer some college or a bachelor’s degree
  • Attendance: Consistent punctuality and reliability also required.
  • Other: Driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to our Lakewood office.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, and call centers.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
