Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a High School Admissions Representative at the Tulsa Welding School-Tulsa Campus, located in Tulsa, OK. The role involves working closely with prospective high school students to guide them through the admissions process. Responsibilities include building relationships with students, parents, and school representatives, providing detailed program information, and assisting students in making informed decisions about their education. Additionally, the role may involve attending high school events, conducting presentations, and maintaining follow-ups to ensure a smooth enrollment process.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, parents, and educational staff
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer service experience to provide guidance and support to prospective students
  • Proficiency in sales and the ability to effectively promote programs and enrollment benefits
  • Ability to deliver informative and engaging training or presentations
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of educational programs and career pathways in skilled trades is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required
