High School Biology Teacher

```Duties:```
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive learning atmosphere
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students with special education needs
- Conduct assessments and provide timely feedback to students on their progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities
- Use technology and multimedia resources to enhance teaching and learning
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, such as clubs or field trips

```Qualifications:```
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- Valid high school biology teaching certification
- Proven experience in classroom management and creating a positive learning environment
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in tutoring or providing additional support to students is a plus
- Familiarity with special education practices and accommodations is desirable
- Excellent research and organizational skills
- Ability to plan and deliver effective lessons that cater to diverse learning styles
