Job Title: High School Chemistry Teacher (CBSE)

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Chemistry Teacher to teach Classes VI - VIII in accordance with the curriculum prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging theoretical and practical lessons, fostering scientific temperament, and preparing students for board examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Chemistry lessons as per CBSE curriculum guidelines.
• Teach topics such as Chemical Reactions, Acids & Bases, Metals & Non-metals, Carbon Compounds, Periodic Classification, Atomic Structure, Chemical Bonding, and Organic/Inorganic Chemistry (as per grade level).
• Prepare lesson plans, lab manuals, assignments, worksheets, and question papers.
• Conduct practical sessions and ensure laboratory safety procedures.
• Prepare students for internal assessments and CBSE board examinations.
• Maintain lab records, stock registers, and safety compliance.
• Conduct remedial and enrichment classes when required.
• Encourage scientific inquiry, experiments, and project-based learning.
• Integrate digital tools and simulations into teaching.
• Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
• Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and school activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) – Mandatory.
• Master’s Degree in Chemistry (preferred for Senior Secondary).
• CTET/TET qualification (as applicable).
• 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
