Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instruction that caters to diverse learning styles using instructional design principles and learning technology tools.
• Assess student progress through standardized testing, formative assessments, and project-based evaluations, providing timely feedback.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques.
• Mentor students by offering academic advising, tutoring, and personalized support to foster literacy education and higher education readiness.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and school initiatives to enhance overall educational quality.
• Incorporate research-based methods such as Chicago Manual of Style guidelines, AP style, copy editing, proofreading, and linguistics principles into teaching practices.
