High School Leadership Position

We are seeking an inspiring and strategic candidate(female) to lead our school's academic vision and drive excellence across all programs. This key leadership role is dedicated to shaping a high-performing learning environment where students thrive, teachers are empowered, and high-quality standards guide every decision.

The candidate will oversee curriculum development, instructional quality, assessment practices, and faculty growth-ensuring that every classroom reflects innovation, rigor, and best educational practices. By mentoring teachers, strengthening academic programs, and promoting student success, the candidate plays a vital role in elevating the school's overall performance.

A central part of this role is fostering meaningful communication with parents, students, faculty, and school leadership. The candidate ensures that families feel supported, teachers receive continuous professional guidance, and students are equipped to reach their full potential.

Start date: Aug 2026

Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Master's degree in Education (M.Ed., M.A.Ed., M.A., or M.S.) required
• Ph.D. or Ed.D. preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in a reputable international or national school
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience as a Head of Department (HOD) or Head of School
• Strong background in curriculum planning, teacher development, and academic supervision
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administration to enhance school performance
• Experience working in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia
