Middle/High School Math Teacher (For Start in August 2026)
The American Baccalaureate School (ABS) is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Middle/High School Math Teacher for an immediate start. The teacher will inspire students in grades 6–12 through engaging instruction, problem-solving, and a strong college-preparatory mathematics curriculum.
Responsibilities

Teach mathematics courses across grades 6–12.

Plan and deliver lessons aligned with ABS curriculum standards and learning objectives.

Promote logical reasoning, critical thinking, and mathematical confidence in the classroom.

Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students with varying abilities and learning styles.

Design and assess assignments, projects, and assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback.

Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents.

Integrate appropriate instructional technology and real-world applications to enhance learning.

Participate in departmental meetings, professional development activities, and school initiatives.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Valid teaching license/certification.

Minimum of 2 years of successful mathematics teaching experience (preferred).

Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills.
