High School Mathematics Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mathematics High School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment and delivering engaging lessons in subjects such as High School Math. This role requires a commitment to student development, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs, including those of students in special education programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the needs of all students.
• Teach subjects including Secondary Mathematics and other relevant topics.
• Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and projects; provide constructive feedback to enhance learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate library services and research laboratory resources into the curriculum.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic progress and behavioral issues.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of classroom management techniques and teaching methodologies.
• Proficiency in subjects such as Environmental Science, Chemistry, Secondary Mathematics, and Special Education.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students and parents.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles.
• Experience working in private school settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with library services and research laboratory operations is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
