Qualifications

• Meet Department of Education Certification / Licensure Requirements.
• CTE license considered
• Experience with teaching welding and agricultural courses preferred
• FFA advisor experience preferred
• Ability to work cooperatively with staff, students, and parents.
• Experience or familiarity with Professional Learning Communities.
  
  

Duties

• Possesses the best qualifications and trainings to meet the needs of the students
• Has a working knowledge of strategies to meet learning goals and needs of students.
• Support district initiatives (PLCs, Implementation of High Quality Instructional Materials, Implementation of Engagement Strategies)
• Presents the strongest interview
• Evidence of being collaborative, has a growth mindset and is flexible
