Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized High Tech Assistant to help our law practice adapt to new technologies. We need someone who is highly adept at learning and using new software and hardware, and who can guide others in this area. You don't need prior experience in law. What you do need is enthusiasm, a positive and friendly attitude, good people skills, capacity to learn, and patience. You would be involved in all aspects of our work and the operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including managing calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, and similar programs.

- Assist with bookkeeping and case management tasks utilizing Clio, QuickBooks, electronic file management, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

- Support office operations such as filing, data entry, document proofreading, transcription, and maintaining organized records.
- Positive, friendly and open minded willingness to take on tech challenges involving new software and AI
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Clio, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management tasks.
- Excellent typing speed combined with strong proofreading and transcription abilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.85 - $29.92 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
