High-Ticket Sales Consultant – Remote | Digital Marketing Services

Civil Media Marketing is a performance-driven digital marketing agency that installs done-for-you growth systems for service-based businesses generating $5K–$250K/month. Our clients want predictable lead flow, brand authority, and real ROI—not fluff. We deliver full-stack marketing solutions: premium content, short-form video, ad strategy, SEO, and more.

We are rapidly expanding and looking for high-performing Sales Consultants to join our remote team.

What You’ll Do

• Manage inbound leads and close booked calls over Zoom
• Prospect through outbound DMs, referrals, and warm outreach
• Follow a proven sales process using scripts, CRM, and training materials
• Close clients into one of our two core services.
• Handle objections and ask for the close on the first call when possible
• Maintain pipeline follow-ups and report weekly KPIs

What You Need to Succeed Required:

• 2+ years of experience in high-ticket sales ($2K+ offer price)
• Ability to close on Zoom calls confidently
• Experience with CRMs and self-managing your sales pipeline
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure

Preferred:

• Experience selling digital marketing, SaaS, or B2B services
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce
• Remote sales experience with calendar and CRM management
