High-Ticket Tech Sales Executive – UK & US Markets

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore (On-Site)
Base Salary: 50,000 PKR - 60,000 PKR
OTE (On-Target Earnings): Up to 400,000 PKR (Uncapped Commission)

We are looking for hungry, articulate, and commercially aggressive Sales Executives to join our Lahore HQ. If you can speak the language of tech founders and have a relentless drive to close high-value deals, this is your arena.

The Opportunity

You will be pitching two massive value streams to CTOs, Tech Founders, and Creative Directors in the UK and US:

  • Staff Augmentation: Access to elite AI engineers and software developers without the recruitment headache.
  • One by Sprouto Plans: Our premium subscription packages for Web Development, Agentic AI Solutions, and Design with Animation.

This is not a customer support role. This is a Consultative Sales role for high-end tech and creative solutions.

  • The Base: Secure 50k PKR monthly just for showing up and putting in the graft.
  • The Gold: Realistic OTE of 400k PKR. Our commission structure is designed for high performers who want to write their own paycheque.
  • The Product: You are selling scalability—whether it's a full dev squad or a recurring creative subscription (Web, Agentic, Animation).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospecting: Identifying tech companies and startups in need of scaling their dev teams or upgrading their digital presence in the UK/US.
  • Pitching: Presenting One by Sprouto Plans (Web, Agentic, Design) and Staff Augmentation models. You’ll explain why our subscription model beats traditional hiring hands down.
  • Closing: Negotiating contracts for dedicated squads or creative retainers and turning "we're freezing hiring" into "when can they start?".
  • Managing: Building a robust pipeline of qualified leads and smashing monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets.

  • Impeccable English: You must sound like you belong in a boardroom in Canary Wharf or a Zoom call in San Francisco. No scripts, just intelligent, consultative conversation.
  • Sales DNA: You don't take "no" for an answer; you take it as a challenge. You understand urgency, value propositions, and closing techniques.
  • KPI Driven & Competitive: We are a KPI-driven and monitored environment—not to micromanage, but to gamify your growth. We track every win to ensure you’re always moving closer to that max OTE. If you love chasing high scores and clear targets, you'll fit right in.
  • Tech & Creative Savvy: You don't need to be a coder, but you need to understand the value of AI, Web Agents, and Motion Design to sell it effectively.
