In this role, you will craft and serve a wide variety of beverages efficiently while ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience. Your ability to manage high-volume orders with precision and enthusiasm will be key to creating memorable moments for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your bartending expertise in a vibrant setting, blending hospitality with sales excellence.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately during busy service periods
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and personalized drink recommendations
• Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards and adherence to food safety regulations
• Operate POS systems such as TOAST for order processing, payments, and cash handling with accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food handling and safety standards
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate supply needs to management
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, balancing registers at shift end, and ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed

Skills

• Proven experience in high-volume bartending environments, including nightclubs, restaurants, or banquet settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple orders during peak hours without sacrificing quality or speed
• Must be RAMP certified

Must have:

• Experience bartending in HIGH-VOLUME bar/restaurant
• Fun Personality, Friendliness, and ability to Engage with customers
• Strong work ethic
• Knowledge of spirits and beers
• Money management skills
• Quick learning skills
• Understanding of POS systems
• Willingness to help co-workers
• Flexible Hours
• Availability to work late hours
• RAMP Certification (ServSafe certification also a plus)

Pay: $15.00 per hour
