Local on the Water is seeking a high-energy, experienced Bartender to join our team. We are a high-volume waterfront restaurant known for live music, specialty cocktails, and a guest-first atmosphere. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in precision and hospitality, we want to meet you.

What We’re Looking For:

• High-volume bartending experience required
• Skilled in using a jigger for accurate pours (recipe consistency is non-negotiable)
• Strong knowledge of specialty and craft cocktails
• Ability and willingness to learn new cocktails quickly
• Must be able to follow recipes exactly
• Familiarity with Toast POS preferred
• Full-time availability (including weekends and evenings)
• A true team player who supports bar and floor staff
• Strong multi-tasking skills — you’re a “multi-tasking wizard”
• Friendly, upbeat demeanor
• A genuine guest-first mentality

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cocktails with accuracy, speed, and consistency
• Deliver exceptional hospitality in a high-energy environment
• Maintain clean and organized bar stations
• Work collaboratively with management and team members
• Manage multiple tickets and service bar orders efficiently
• Uphold company standards for presentation and execution
