Your Role: Inside Sales Account Executive

We’re looking for experienced sales professionals who know how to run a consultative conversation, uncover business needs, and confidently guide clients to a decision.

You’ll work directly with business owners to plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive real results — combining direct mail with modern targeting, segmentation, and multi-channel strategy.

We generate 2,500+ inbound inquiries per week, giving you a consistent pipeline of engaged prospects.

That means every day, you’ll be:

• Taking inbound calls from business owners and decision-makers
  
• Leading consultative conversations around marketing strategy and campaign execution
  
• Recommending targeted solutions based on audience, goals, and budget
  
• Managing the full sales cycle from first call to close
  
• Building relationships and growing accounts over time

No cold calling. No prospecting. Just high-quality conversations and closing.

Compensation

• $25/hour base + uncapped commission
  
• Top reps earn $100K–$200K+
  
• 40%+ of the team hits six figures
  
• Paid training + ramp support
