We're hiring Servers, Hosts, Marketers, Bussers & Food Runners!

In A Pickle Restaurant is looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable team players to join our front-of-house crew! As we enter into the post holiday / Spring Season, we’re expanding our team. Some of our college staff are heading home after break, and with Spring season about to be here sooner rather than later, we need fresh faces to help us keep the momentum going!

Whether you’re a seasoned hospitality pro or just starting out, there are great opportunities to get your foot in the door, learn the business, and make great money.

Open Positions

Servers (Full-Time & Some Part-Time Weekend Shifts Available)

• Take orders, provide excellent service, and create a great guest experience.
• Pay: $6.75/hr + tips
• High Volume -Servers can make up to $350+ per shift!
• Great role for those with prior restaurant experience who want to maximize earnings.

Hosts & Marketing

• Greet guests warmly, manage the waitlist, and help seat tables.
• Great for ages 14+ (perfect first job or for those with some experience).
• Help with promotions: character acting, guiding, taking pictures of guests & staff.
• Pay: $15/hr + tips (average $15–$20/hr).

Bussers & Food Runners

• Clear tables, reset quickly, help deliver food, and keep the dining room running smoothly.
• Starting age 15+ (perfect first job or for those with some experience).
• Pay: $10/hr + tips (average $17–$23/hr).

A Few Things to Know

• Weekend and holiday availability is a must
• Closed on Thanksgiving & Christmas (but you must be available around them)
• No experience? No problem – we’ll train you!
• Support staff positions are great for ages 14+
• We are a smoke-free employer (no smoking during shifts or on property)

• Hair must be a natural color

• Black non-slip shoes required (labeled “non-slip”)
• No visible tattoos above the shoulder-neck line
• One nose piercing allowed (no septum piercings)

About Us

In A Pickle Restaurant is a creative, comfort-food-driven brunch and dinner spot with a loyal following and national TV exposure. We seat 110 guests indoors and 50 outdoors (Memorial Day through Labor Day). Brunch Service M, W-F 8a-3p Sa-Su 7a-3p. Dinner service runs Wed–Sat, 3p–10p. We also hold a full liquor license.
