We are seeking a results-driven, high-energy Sales Representative to join our outbound growth team. This role is focused on the front lines of our sales funnel: identifying prospects, initiating contact, and qualifying leads through high-volume cold calling.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute a minimum of 200 outbound cold calls per day to prospects within the US market.
- Navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers effectively.
- Deliver a concise, compelling pitch to spark interest and qualify leads based on specific criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Market Expertise: Proven experience working specifically within the US market (B2B or B2C).
- Communication: Flawless American accent with excellent verbal and written English skills. You must be able to mirror the tone and pace of US-based prospects.
- Stamina: Demonstrated ability to maintain high energy and performance levels during high-volume calling shifts.
- Resilience: A "thick skin" and the ability to handle rejection professionally while staying motivated for the next dial.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and power-dialer software.
