Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Manage multiple tables efficiently during peak hours, balancing guest needs with quick service delivery
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Support host/hostess duties when needed, including seating guests and managing waitlists.
• Buss tables, clear dishes, and assist with general restaurant cleanliness to uphold sanitation standards
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members in a lively nightclub or fine dining setting to create a memorable experience for every guest

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server in high-volume restaurants or food service environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of POS systems
• Culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation enhances your ability to assist guests effectively
• Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced service periods efficiently
• Proven sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently
• Experience working in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a vibrant hospitality environment

Pay: $150.00 - $250.00 per day
