As a Senior Higher Education Sales Representative, you will play a key role in building trusted partnerships with universities, bookstores, and faculty, driving adoption of Cambridge course materials, and supporting the continued evolution of learning across the US West Coast.

About the role
Working closely with sales colleagues and cross‑functional partners across Editorial, Marketing, Product, and Technology, you will help drive sustainable revenue growth and support innovation in how Cambridge content reaches students.
As our next Senior Higher Education Sales Representative, you will take ownership of a large and diverse higher education territory on the US West Coast. You will be responsible for securing print and digital course material adoptions, growing long‑term faculty and institutional relationships, and contributing to broader Higher Education sales strategy through market insight and collaboration.

About You
You will bring strong experience in higher education sales, academic publishing, or a closely related field, with the ability to manage a large, complex territory independently. You are confident in industry knowledge, prioritising activity strategically, and delivering consistent results.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable presenting to faculty and institutional stakeholders, and be able to analyse market and CRM data to inform territory planning. You are organised, self‑directed, and collaborative, with the judgement to know when to lead independently and when to draw on team expertise.
You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent experience), proficient in CRM tools and the MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), and willing to travel as required. A valid driver's license is required.
