Highway Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Highway Engineer with expertise in PQC (Pavement Quality Concrete) road construction to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, execution, and quality assurance of PQC road projects, with a strong background in highway design, construction, and supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct quality checks, oversee concrete mix design, and ensure proper curing techniques are followed.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and quality assurance records.
• Ensure safety measures and environmental standards are strictly adhered to at site.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in highway construction, specifically in PQC road works.
• Strong knowledge of IRC/MORTH specifications and quality control practices.
• Ability to lead teams, manage contractors, and handle on-site challenges.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools will be an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
