HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE WORKER

Duties include the operation of a variety of trucks and heavy equipment in the maintenance and construction of County roads and general labor.

Minimum requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and six months related work experience. Commercial Driver License and insurable under Muscatine County’s insurance policy. Pre-employment drug screening and physical required.

Starting hourly rate: $22.48 - $24.85, based off qualifications and experience. Step raises with satisfactory performance. Excellent benefits package.
