Night Shift Respiratory Therapists (RRT / CRT)

Looking to move away from the fast pace of the hospital? NorthBay Home Health offers the opportunity to provide respiratory care in a more focused, patient-centered home setting where your work has a direct impact.

Location: Tampa and surrounding areas
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Rotating weekends
Type: Full-Time (Part-Time available)
Pay: $33–$39/hour (based on experience and license)

Responsibilities:

• Perform respiratory assessments and manage equipment (ventilators, oxygen, nebulizers)
• Educate patients and families on proper care and safety
• Monitor patient status, adjust treatments, and document accurately
• Work closely with nurses, physicians, and care teams
• Assist during urgent situations when needed

Requirements:

• Active Florida RRT license or CRT with 10+ years of experience
• Current BLS/CPR (ACLS preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory experience (acute care preferred)
• Current TB test and physical (within 12 months)
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability
