Hilton Garden Inn Appleton Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Complete guest room work orders and preventative maintenance
• Complete minor repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the public areas
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems throughout the hotel (HVAC/ Plumbing/ Electrical)
• Check functionality of safety systems (fire alarms / smoke and CO detectors)
• Maintain the pool and spa
• Minor landscaping to maintain the appearance of the property
• Sidewalk snow removal
• Reports to Maintenance Manager and General Manager

Skills

• Experienced with hand and electrical tools
• Good communication skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• Hotel experience (preferred)
