• Develop comprehensive curricula tailored to Hindi, Sanskrit, Physics, Mathematics (Science & Commerce), OC, and Economics that align with educational standards and student needs
• Design and implement engaging lesson plans that incorporate modern learning technology and creative writing techniques to enhance understanding
• Manage classroom activities effectively to foster a positive learning environment while maintaining discipline and encouraging participation
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track student progress, administer assessments, and provide timely feedback
• Conduct assessments through standardized testing and formative evaluations to monitor student achievement and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
• Provide individualized academic advising and tutoring to support students with diverse learning needs, including those with special education requirements or autism spectrum disorder
• Proofread instructional materials for accuracy and clarity; ensure content is accessible for learners at different levels of literacy education
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development initiatives; participate in professional development focused on childhood development, behavior management, and early childhood education

Experience

• Prior classroom experience in teaching Hindi, Sanskrit, Physics, Mathematics (Science & Commerce), OC, or Economics is highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in classroom management and lesson planning within private or public school settings
• Experience working with children across various age groups; familiarity with preschool or early childhood education is advantageous
• Knowledge of educational administration practices including standardized testing procedures and academic advising
• Background in special education or working with students with autism spectrum disorder is a plus
• Proven ability to utilize learning technology platforms such as LMS tools effectively in an educational context
• Strong communication skills for engaging students, parents, and colleagues; ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learners
