Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Hindi Teacher to join our CBSE school at the Thiruvallur campus. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging Hindi lessons, fostering language development, and ensuring academic excellence among primary-level students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective Hindi lessons as per the CBSE curriculum for primary classes.
• Develop creative teaching methods to make learning interactive and enjoyable for young learners.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, class participation, and tests.
• Maintain lesson plans, student records, and progress reports in line with school policies.
• Encourage students to develop interest and fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Hindi.
• Support students with remedial teaching where required.
• Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and parents to support overall student development.
• Participate in school events, assemblies, and extracurricular activities.
• Ensure discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi as a subject (B.A. Hindi / equivalent).
• B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms).
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at the primary level in a CBSE school.
• Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Passionate about teaching and child development.
• Ability to manage classroom effectively with patience and creativity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
