Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hindi Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the Hindi language and literature, along with the ability to inspire and educate students effectively. The teacher will be responsible for planning, teaching, and assessing students to help them develop language proficiency and an appreciation for Hindi literature and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery:Plan and conduct engaging Hindi lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum and academic standards.

Language Development:Teach students reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in Hindi.

Lesson Planning:Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and activities that cater to different learning styles and abilities.

Assessment & Evaluation:Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student progress and provide feedback.

Classroom Management:Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.

Cultural Exposure: Introduce students to Hindi literature, poetry, and cultural aspects to enhance their understanding and appreciation of the language.

Student Support:Provide additional guidance and support to students who need help with Hindi language skills.

Parent-Teacher Communication:Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress and participate in parent-teacher meetings.

Extracurricular Activities:Organize and participate in Hindi-related events, such as debates, elocution contests, and cultural programs.

Professional Development:Stay updated with modern teaching techniques, educational technologies, and advancements in Hindi literature.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.

Teaching Certification:B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification preferred.

Experience:Prior experience as a Hindi teacher is an advantage, but freshers with strong subject knowledge are welcome.

Language Proficiency:Excellent command of written and spoken Hindi. Basic English proficiency is also desirable.

Teaching Skills:Strong pedagogical skills with an ability to engage and motivate students.

Technology Skills:Familiarity with online teaching tools, smart boards, and digital resources is a plus.

Soft Skills:Patience, creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for teaching.
